Shipping and Delivery Time

All Frisby (Products) purchased at FrisbySpeakers.com are sent via carrier of our choice Shipping and Insurance cost are included in the price, Shipping and Insurance included in the price is for the Lower Continental United States only, Please contact us if you are outside of the Lower Continental United States for shipping and Insurance quote, thank you. Your order is typically shipped out within 1 to 2 business days and depending on where you are will arrive within 7 to 10 business days after shipped. 

Return Policy

Exchange of Frisby Product or Money Back minus exact shipping charges within 30 days, buyer is responsible for one way shipping only. FrisbySpeakers.com is responsible to ship the new item back to the buyer. However if buyer requests a refund, we refund purchasing price of the item. We do not refund shipping fees. FrisbySpeakers.com must be notified within 7 days if Item is Damaged in shipping or if item is DOA (Defective)

Note: All returns after 30 days can only be exchanged for same item under Frisby warranty.

Frisby Products are shipped after full inspection and all is marked good with full insurance, we will let you know time and day of delivery please have someone there to accept package please inspect package and contents for signs of damage if there is damage, please accept package, let carrier know of damage and contact us (within 7 days). Replacement/Money Back Due to Damage

If you do have to return your Frisby (Product) within the 7 day damage return period, you will need to send it back to us in the original packing material with everything in the box. 

Replacement/Money Back Due to Not Satisfied

If you return your Frisby (Product) within the 30 day money back exchange period, you will need to send it to us in the original packing material with everything in the box and in resellable condition. 

Manufacturer Warranty

All Frisby (Products) are backed up by manufacturer warranty, please refer to this after the 7 day damage period or 30 day money back / exchange period. FrisbySpeakers.com will assist in any claims that you have that are valid, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us.
